Aziz is the commander of the Topa Kingdom Demon Lord subjugation squad.
Appearance[]
In the light novel version, Aziz is about 40 years old, 5'9" feet tall, muscular, and he has short, white hair and a white beard. He wears silver armor, a red cloak, and a sword at his waist.
In the manga version, Aziz is a tan-skinned middle-aged muscle man with a little long, white hair and a white horseshoe mustache.
Personality[]
Aziz became the captain of the subjugation squad in the battle with the Demon Lord's army, and carried out a hostage rescue operation, but he failed three times and suffered great sacrifice.

Operation Momotarou[]
When the Demon Lord began invading the Topa Kingdom with over a thousand goblins and two ogres, reinforcements were needed. They sent a request to the Japan for a platoon of reinforcements. In response, the Japan Ground Self Defense Force Special Topa Kingdom Deployment’s advance platoon had been deployed to the fortress city Tormeus in the northeast region of the Topa Kingdom in order to save the world from the threat of the Demon Lord. The Japanese army arrived with a Type 10 battle tank at the southern gate of Tormeus under the care of Topan escorts.
They followed behind Moah before arriving at a room with a heavy-looking door and met Commander Aziz. Introductions were exchanged and the Japanese with Moah, Aziz and knights sat down at the round table. They heard the explanation from Aziz about the urgency for rescuing the hostages and preventing the Demon Lord's army. Aziz stated that they needed to figure out how to defeat the Red Ogre and the Blue Ogre. He explained to the platoon leader Momota Tarou exactly about the ogres which were many times stronger than humans, with their wire-like fur protecting against swords and spears, and were too fast to hit ballista bolts with those. Momota knew that the civilians needed to be rescued as soon as possible, and that waiting for the main Japanese forces to arrive would subject Topa and its people to needless suffering and damage. As the platoon leader, he decided to exercise his authority and made the call to exterminate the ogres first. Aziz was worried whether the Type 10 battle tank can keep up the battle with the ogres.
Suddenly, the Demon Lord’s aide, Malastras fell into the room through the window. Aziz, Moah and knights pulled out their swords and took a stance, facing him. Malastras lunged for the knight captain with its hand out. The vice-captain shouted, slashing at Malastras’ side. Malastras moved its hand to point at the vice-captain instead and cast a spell. The vice-captain was engulfed in hellish black flames. The black flames burned him to cinders. Aziz and other knights was shocked to witness them. The four Japanese soldiers pointed their black staves at Malastras. Aziz unrecognized what they tried to do with their black staves.
The noise they made was almost loud enough for Aziz’s and knight’s ears to start bleeding. The four Japanese soldiers’ staves were emitting fire from one end, and superfast bullets of light were assaulting Malastras. It didn’t even have the opportunity to let out a death cry; Malastras, its body chock full of holes, crumpled to the ground. Behind it, a part of the stone wall also crumbled into pieces. Aziz and other knights was speechless.
Aziz thanked Momota for saving his life and theirs by killing Malastras, but Momota forgave him that the Japanese soldiers can't save the knight vice-captain when they did not act sooner. He didn't care what Momota meant. The knights would have been wiped out by a powerful a demon beast without Japanese soldiers. Aziz deserved it. An hour later, they held a strategy meeting to discuss the rescue of Minaisa’s residents that lasted late into the night.
There is no description after that, but it seems that he is not on the front line because he is a commander.
