Aside from what the author already said that Japan will acquire these weapons to improve their fighting capabilities in the New World, does Japan need these other weapons:

Now that the New World War arc is almost at the end, who will be the next enemy of Japan? Will it be a minor enemy or a major one? I'm thinking of the Annonrial Empire as the next enemy of Japan because of the haughty attitude that the Annonrials shown towards the Japanese delegates and the fact that Japan knows their true power and their plans to hasten the revival of the Ravernal Empire (thanks to Shinji Oka and Bahara of the Oni Tribe). What will be the triggering event that will cause the two countries go to war?
Or there will be a minor enemy before Japan face the Annonrial Empire, like the Kingdom of Rheem? Will King Banks still continue his plans of conquering the Third Civilization even after the GVE Great Fleet is defeated?

Will Japan invade the GVE, or bomb the NUCLEAR GVE, after thwarting the invasion of the GVE fleet?
I am still confused about what Japan will do to retaliate against the GVE. Because if Japan invades GVE it might sacrifice a lot of things, but the choice Nuclear makes Japan is seen slaughtering civilians, because despite trying to minimize casualties there will still be many casualties, and that will make the Japanese government look bad in the eyes of its citizens.
So please give your opinion on this matter so that I may be able to help me in this matter :-)
Will Japan become Imperial Japan once again in the future of the story?
The New World is the world where Imperialism, Expansionism, Human Right Violation and Slavery run rampant. Furthermore, there is no such thing called United Nation to stabilize the world.
So will Japan has to become what they used to be in WW2 to keep the New World in check and preventing anymore tragedies to their people?
