The Designated Restricted Technical Inventory is the law of the Parpaldia Empire that forbids the export of any magical technology developed by the Empire to other countries to maintain their technological advantages.

This law is the Parpadian version of the Technological Outflow Prevention Act of the Japanese. The law is officially rendered useless and nullified after the Parpaldia Empire was decimated by the JSDF in their foolish and reckless war.

Description[]

Much like the Japanese, the Parpadian also created laws to make sure they maintain technological advantage over other nations by banning and restricting the export of their magical technology to other nations.

In detail, all magical technologies that related to military like dragon carriers, how to breed wyvern overlords, or magical cannons must be kept secret and are not allowed to reveal it to other nations. Outdated technologies can be exported under restriction in which the Parpadian abuses it to make primitive and not-yet-conquered nations like Topa or Fenn to depend on them economically. Furthermore, the demand for slaves and gifting of land, in exchange for limited technology shares also keeps the other nations under Parpaldian tyranny.

However, after Japan provided far superior civilian technology to Topa, Fenn and other nations that depends on Parpaldia's 19th century tech, the Parpadians lost their means to cow other countries to bow to them, initiating hostile relations between Parpaldia and Japan.

After the Parpaldia Empire doomed themselves in their idiotic war with the JSDF, the Japanese government abolished the laws and forced the Parpaldians to give all their knowledge and research related to magic as one of their means of war repatriation.
