Dragon Thunder Storm is magic spirits of wind, kings of violent storms.
Description[]
A spell creates a tornado, and the static electricity generated by the tornado causes a series of lightning strikes. It summons an electrical vortex used by the ten Topan elite mages to destroy the enemies.
In the manga version, the lightning strikes from the thick Supercell were very powerful.

Operation Momotarou[]
The ten Topan elite elven mages of the Royal Combat Mage Special Task Force began to chant Dragon Thunder Storm. A giant tornado mixed with lightning appeared above the Ancient Kaiser Golem and the Demon Lord Nosgorath. However, it was no effect to stop them. The mages, who had used up all their strength, fell on their knees, panting in exhaustion. It did not work at all. It only scorched it, so it's not as powerful as it looks.
