Guinea Marix is a senator and head of the Hawks (warmongers) faction within the Parliament of the Gra Valkas Empire.

Guinea has a right-wing ideology of royalist nationalism. A warmonger by heart, he had been advocating for military conquest the moment Gra Valkas Empire was transferred to the New World. His desire and thirst for conquest also match his greed for financial gains as the conquest of the New World enables him to make a massive profit as a major shareholder and financial backer of multiple arms manufacturers within the Gra Valkas Empire.
It is revealed his warmongering attitude is too radical and fierce that making even an ultranationalist like Dallas to be cautious of him to the point that Dallas once called him a reckless bastard.
His ties to the arms manufacturers also earn him the scorn of many senators who call him as a "parasite" for recklessly provoking war to make a profit from the war economy.
He seems to have acknowledge Japan's superior military power after the miserable defeat of the Gra Valkas Empire in Mu theater and advocates for peace with Japan but in an obscure manner.

Guini was first mentioned when Cielia, Dallas, and Ramball are discussing after the defeat of the 4th Armored Division at Kielseki Plains. Ramball mentioned that Guini went barking all of sudden due to the loss of 52nd Local Fleet "Ishtam" by JMSDF.

- Charismatic Leader: he has the ability to attract others to agree with him, to the point of becoming the head of the Hawks and helping the Hawks dominate in Parliament.
Trivia[]
- He and Gra Cabal are the only people in Gra Valkas to seek peace with the Japanese but his motive is utterly unclear since it is unknown whether Guinea actually knows the true extend of JSDF military power like Gra Cabal or not, especially the fact that he never visited Japan or saw the JSDF's power with his own eyes.
