Ishtam Fleet (also known as Grim Reaper Ishtam) was the common name for the 52nd Local Fleet of the Gra Valkas Empire Navy. The commander of the fleet is Maynard.
Background[]
This fleet was tasked with patrolling and preventing rebel activities in the colonies by using rampant force to spread fear. As a result, the fleet drew a large number of ruthless, brutal people into its ranks, causing fear to the extent of haunting the local people for their actions. For the same reason, it is often despised by the leadership classes, including the military itself, treating them as nothing more than a bunch of thugs wearing military uniforms.
Its home port seems to be the capital of Ragna.

New World War Arc[]
Dallas proposed to the Minister of Foreign Affairs to attack the city of Mycal and the Mu capital city of Otaheit to further weakened Mu's military power. The military responed by dispatched the 52nd Local Fleet. However, the plot was accidentally discovered by the JMSDF 4th Escort Flotilla during the delivery of La Kasami Kai to Mu. Mu fought the Ishtam at Otaheit Offshore while the JMSDF at Mykal Offshore. This results to the destruction of the 52nd Local Fleet. The Gra Valkas Ministry of the Navy would withhold this information from the rest of the government for several months while they investigated, which proved pointless when the rest of the government learned when Mu declassified the battle and covered it on its public news networks.

The fleet owns 1 Orion-class battleship (named Meisa, also the flagship of the fleet), 1 Pegasus-class aircraft carrier (named Sharee), 1 light aircraft carrier, 3 heavy cruisers, 3 light cruisers, 12 destroyers and 3 supply ships.

- The name Ishtam is taken from Ixtab, a god of suicide by hanging in Maya Mythology who is responsible for bringing whose committed suicide to heaven.
