USS Pennsylvania of the US Navy, a ship-of-the-line from Earth. Nations of the New World operated similar ships for their navies.
Magic Ships-of-the-line is an early modern wooden and steel armor ship-of-the-line that uses sails equipped with Tear of the Wind God and equipped with 30 to 150 magic cannons.
Description[]
It is a warship equipped with 30 to 150 magic cannons. It is equivalent to warships used on Earth between the 17th and 19th centuries.
There are three differences from Earth's warships.
- A magic cannon is used instead of a conventional cannon
- By using Tears of the Wind God, it can navigate even in the absence of wind and can navigate faster than natural wind only
- Some ships are equipped with anti-magic steel armor
Like the warships on Earth, they are ranked according to the number of loaded artillery. Basically the strength of the nation is determined by the number of cannons their ship carries although there are also ships that based on the country's design, concepts and operational methods, and a wide range of ship of the line has appeared.
Since these types of ships have no Fire-Control Systems, they are built much like the ancient ships of the 15th-17th centuries of Earth. To increase the chances of hitting and sinking a target, more guns are used in a volley fashion. Furthermore, since the ships have no moving turrets, the entire ship needs to be turned toward the target to point all its weapons at it. This is called a broadside, but this has the detrimental effect of exposing more target space for the enemy to fire on.

Parpaldia Empire[]

It is being deployed by the Imperial Navy and its inspection forces. The exact number is unknown, but it has nearly 800 vessels.
The existence of 30-, 50-, 80-, 100-, 120-, and 150-gun classes has been confirmed. Ships that are equipped with 100 guns are called "Phishanus-Class magic ships-of-the-line" and ships that carries 120 guns or more are called "Super-P" or "Super-Phishanus-Class magic ships-of-the-line".
The maximum range of the magic cannon is 2 km, and the maximum range is about 1% accuracy of fire explosive shells.
It uses the self-proclaimed world's best Tears of the Wind God. In the Battle of Fenn, the Parpaldian Oversight Army ships' speed was 15 knots, and in the Battle of Esthirant, the Imperial Navy was 12 knots. In addition, it seems that there was an anti-aircraft ballistae like Rune Arrow installed though it was unused. In addition, ships deployed to the Parpaldian Oversight Army are basically old ships.
The warships of the Parpaldia Empire uses siren equipment invented in Mu, which is used during the invasion of the empire in the Kingdom of Fenn, and there are scenes where alarm sounds.
Leifor[]
Their magic ships-of-the-line and the Tears of the Wind God are the same level of Parpaldia Empire. However, the latest and most powerful battleships in the country, the Leifor and the Holly (the latter being the flag ship), both only have 100-guns, so it seems that they do not have a larger battleship. During the Naval Battle of Leifor, the main fleet had 43 vessels, however it is implied that the Leifor may have had a hundred ships in it's navy at one point.
Altaras Kingdom[]
Although it is considered to be a country outside a Civilized Area, Altaras managed to studied and construct ships of the line of Parpaldia. However, their cannons are as old as what the Fenn Kingdom is using, not as large as what Parpaldia is using, doesn't have a range of 2km and doesn't fire explosive shells
Since Altaras is an exporter of magic gem stones in the New World and considered to a major magic gemstone exporter, they have plenty amounts of Tears of the Wind God for their ships Altaras managed to install their own weapons in their ships like the "Arrows of the Wind God". Unfortunately, it didn't managed to destroy Parpaldian ships as it is equipped with anti-magic steel armor.
The size of the hull and the number of cannons are unknown.
The performance gap between the Altaran ships and the Imperial warships is large and the Altarans are unilaterally defeated. The total number is unknown, but Parpaldia deployed less than a hundred ships to subjugate Altaras.
Magicaraich Community[]
They were equipped with a steam engine paddle, similar to what the so-called Black Ships that appeared in Japan in 1853. However, it is unknown whether it is a sailing powered ship using both a sail and a steam engine or a pure powered ship.

Irnetia Kingdom[]
Despite being a nation outside of the civilized area, it boasts the highest speed (maximum boat speed of 20 knots) in the second civilized area by devising such means as creating a water current by installing tears of the wind god at the bottom although it is small with a 40-gun class.
The magic cannons are the same as that of the military of the nation of the second civilization, and the maximum range is about 1km. A shell is an explosive shell that explodes upon impact.
On the defensive side, it is equipped with anti-magic steel armor.
The flagship Repsilon is equipped with the best magic circuit in the kingdom, and it is possible to increase the maximum speed to over 31 knots and quadruple the bullet speed of the artillery in exchange for hull damage by releasing the limiter.
Gilliseira Principality[]
They possesses magic ships-of-the-line that are built with the same technology as the Parpaldia Empire, but detailed information about the ships are unknown.
Other magic ship-of-the-lines[]
Magic ship-of-the-line are also used by Torquia Kingdom and Nigrat Union but their detailed performance is unknown.

During the Eleven Advanced Nations Conference , participating nations brought as many as 100 magic ships-of-the-line as the nations practice Gunboat Diplomacy. When Gra Valkas Empire declared world domination, the ships of the participants joined in the Battle of Folk Strait where they are all sunk by the much advanced WW2-level warships of Gra Valkas.
