Nosgorath (魔王ノスグーラ, Maō Nosugūra) or Demon Lords are series of living bio-weapon created by the Ravernal Empire as magical shock troopers to subjugate all civilizations in the New World.

Appearance[]

Nosgorath units a large winged demon with four-eyes and black spiral horn. He is a black body a mass of bulging muscles and its hair think like wire, was playing with a knife.

Background[]

During the reign of Ravernal Empire, the Light Winged People bio-engineered the Nosgorath bio-weapon units based on the Oni as magical shock troopers to decimate their enemies. Due to the high cost in creating one perfect and high-quality Nosgorath unit, the Ravernal Empire created an inferior line of Nosgorath with less magical power and durability that enable them to be mass-produced in the battle.

After the Ravernal Empire disappeared, the Nosgorath units were left behind in the New World as a loophole for the Ravernal Empire to subjugate the world until their return as leaving too many Light Winged People behind would attract the attention of the gods. Some of the Nosgorath units are sealed in several tombs or free to wreck havoc on the population to complete the objectives the Light Winged People entrusted them, in which the Nosgorath unit in the Topa Kingdom being one of them.

Chronology[]

Ravernal-Dragonfolk War[]

During the war, as least one Nosgorath unit was deployed-the same one that would later terrorize the Alliance of Races and eventually invade the Topa Kingdom. During the war, it was supported by airstrikes from the Ravernal Empire's magic fighters.

Pre-transfer of Japan[]

Before the transference of Japan, a hundred years after the Ravernal Empire was transferred to the future, a Nosgorath managed to gather a vast army of beasts and demons under his control. When his army nearly managed to destroy the Kingdom, a company of Imperial Japan army somehow was transferred to the New World and decimated his army, causing him to retreat.

Shortly after the departure of the Imperial Japan, the Four Heroes went after him and tried to slay him once and for all. However, they didn't have enough power to terminate him so three of them sacrifice themselves to seal him. Overtime the seal was weakened (which is later known to be caused by Annonrial Empire's Daxild Branmar) and the demon lord escaped and brought desolation to the Topa Kingdom.

After Daxild released the demon lord, he mocked Daxild's attempt to control him by pointing out how magically inferior Winged People are compared to their ancestors, the Light Winged People by comparing the materialized wings of the Winged People to the Wings manifested by magical power of the pure Light Winged People. He then spared Daxild and went on his rampage against the Topa Kingdom.

Operation Momotarou[]

The Topa Kingdom requested the JSDF support and they successfully exterminated the demon lord not before it cursed the Japanese for interfering with his mission a second time and warned them about the return of the Ravernal Empire.

Battle of Balloon Plain[]

A low quality version of the Nosgorath unit, named Lyonos was awakened accidentally by Magicaraich Community during an archeological expedition and started to attack the country with his army of goblins and golems under his command. However, the combined forces of JSDF and Magicaraich Army managed to defeat his army and gravely wounded him as the Cobra Attack Helicopter chopped off his leg with the Hellfire missile. Lyonos was captured and interrogated by Holy Mirishial Empire about the Ravernal Empire.

Abilities & Powers[]

As Ravernal Empire's magical shock troopers, Nosgorath units generally have superhuman strength, durability, the ability of control vast army of monstrous beasts and powerful magical power to decimate an army with ease, but quality of magical power between the premium units and the cheap and low quality units are different drastically. This fact is shown in the Nosgorath unit in Topa Kingdom, being a premium unit can destroy a large column of knights with his black fire spell, which incinerates them into ashes; being able to summoning giant golem and generating powerful magical force field that can withstand barrage of machine gun fire while the low quality unit in Magikaraich Community, named Lyonos can only fire magical light bullet with a power of tank shell and depends on magical armor to defend himself.

During the conversation with Nosgorath unit in Topa and Daxild, it is revealed that Nosgoraths are immune to the demon-controlling device reverse-engineered by the Annonrial Empire and they are magically stronger than Winged People.

Known Nosgorath Units[]

  • Demon Lord Nosgorath (Deceased)
  • Lyonos (Captured)

Trivia[]

  • Despite taking into the account that inferior race like Elves Dwarves and Human can improve themselves technologically, the immense arrogance of the Light Winged People have caused them to miscalculate the creativity and ingenuity of humanity in term of technological advancement to think that the Nosgorath units can carry out their task effectively as they never imagine that there will be countries like Mu and Holy Mirishial Empire that capable of creating technology sufficient enough to take down Nosgorath quite easily without having to call Japan for help.
