Rigel is a torpedo bomber plane of the Gra Valkas Empire. The main task is to attack ships using an 800 kg torpedo. It is developed and manufactured by Carsline, Gra Valkas Empire’s municipal aviation munitions company.

Rigel ship-based attack aircraft is packed with a 970 hP air-cooled two-row 14-cylinder radial engine in a slender body, the top speed reaches 370 kph. Its performance appears to be a similar to the former Imperial Japanese Navy's Type 97 carrier-based attack aircraft.
